Hello, my name is Kelly, owner/operator/brew master of Booch. I have always been interested in health, fitness and well-being. My desire to learn more led me to a bachelors degree in Health and Exercise Science from Oral Roberts University. Shortly after moving to Nashville in 2005 I was introduced to kombucha tea. I had read about kombucha tea a number of times, but had never tried it. I was hooked at first sip. I loved the tart sourness, fizzy feel and lingering refreshment.
Right away I began brewing kombucha tea.
My daughter is a huge fan of kombucha tea and regularly drinks it. She called the drink 'booch', as this was considerably easier than 'kombucha' for a two-year old to say. One day I took her sippy from the kitchen table thinking she was finished. When I did she exclaimed, "My booch!" We immediately secured this domain as a number of friends had been encouraging me to sell my kombucha tea and make it available to the public.
I am excited to be a local provider of such a health giving product!
